Shipping, Returns and Repairs

Shipping

All orders are custom designed, and as long as materials are in stock, orders will ship within a week. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day. If a shipping delay is expected you will be notified via email.

Within the United States, Pamela Bloom Jewelry ships all packages via USPS. The flat rate shipping cost for all orders within the continental U.S. is $5.

Please be sure that all shipping information is entered correctly. In the event that you need an address correction please contact us right away with your updated shipping address. Any orders that are redirected due to address correction or incomplete address (i.e. floor #, house #, or apt #) will be charged a $10 fee.

Customers will be charged for return shipment, which is equivalent to the amount paid for shipping.

Returns

Pamela Bloom Jewelry accepts unworn items in their original condition for return within 7 days of receipt of item. There are no returns on custom or sale items. Please contact us here for a return authorization # before sending back the item. Any items received without an issued RA# will not be accepted for return.

Repairs

Pamela Bloom Jewelry will repair items purchased through www.pamelabloomjewelry.com at no charge for up to 1 year following purchase (under all reasonable circumstances). For purchases older than 1 year, repairs will be subject to a fee if materials need to be replaced, assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us here with specific repair request to determine whether repair can be accommodated and the associated charge. All associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Pamela Bloom Jewelry pieces are handmade with care in the US and slight variations may exist between pieces. As a result of the handmade nature pieces should be handled with care.
